Rest Well Uncle KK, We Will Miss You Forever – Nana Frimpomaa @ Dormaa

Nana Akosua Frimpomaa, Chair and Leader of the Great CPP has laid his Uncle, Opanin Stephen Kwabena Kumi affectionately called Wofa KK to rest at Dormaa Ahenkro Royal Cemetery in the Bono Region.

Dwantoahemaa fie witnessed highly patronized funeral program which attracted Dormaa Royal Family, friends, family, sympathisers, executives and foot soldiers of the Great Convention People’s Party.

The late Opanin Stephen Kwabena Kumi was born on the 20th of July 1943 at Aboabo in Dormaa Ahenkro. Wofa KK was son to Abusuapayin Afia Biyaa (Nana Frimpomaa I), Dwantoahemaa of Dormaa Traditional Area and Nana Brekuhene,the Adontenhene. The late Wofa KKs maternal siblings were Madam Margarette Yaa Kumi (Mother of Nana Akosua Frimpomaa, Chair and Leader of the Great CPP), Bishop Owusu Tabiri, the late founder of Bethel Prayer Ministry, the late Nana Asuobeng (Dwantoahene of Dormaa).

The late Wofa Stephen Kumi sadly lost his only son some years ago. He retired as a service staff of the Electricity Company of Ghana. Wofa KK dedicated his life to the service of the lord and worked hard to preach purity, humility, non-violence approach to issues, selflessness and spiritual progress at the Bethel Prayer Ministry.

He passed on peacefully but painfully at the 37 Military Hospital on early hours of 20th July 2021 after reporting for medical checks.
