As Executive Elections of the New Patriotic Party draw ever closer, the race for the Next National Organizer promises to be the hottest contest in the history of the party.
One candidate who has proven capable by works and deeds is Hon. Bright Essilfie-Kumi, an ideological dinosaur – passionate, competent and capable to advance party Ideologies, win and push the break-the-8 agenda of the NPP.
Soo far, Nana Boakye (Nana B) who is currently the National Youth Organizer of the party and also a contender for the National Organizer bid has proven incapable for the job for credibility reasons.
According to some very senior members of the party, the lawyer has failed as a National Youth Organizer with series of scandals on his head and will be suicidal to allow him to man the National Organizer Position.
What has become scary with respect of Nana B’s bid is the fact that he is openly buying the votes of executives and delegates. Concerned patriots have questioned the source of his funds owing to the fact that, these huge sums of money should have been used to properly organize the youth for the party.
NPP party will trust more an organizer who has a big portfolio of various experiences not a prolific liar and vote buyer.
Asked why Hon. Bright Essilfie-Kumi has been widely recieved across the 16 regions, he said that the good and sincere delegates of NPP believe that the next National Organizer of the party should be a big baggage of skills and that is exactly what he has shown since 1996 when he joined the party.
The other contenders of the National Organizer Position including Hon. Titus Glover who couldn’t even organize his constituency have so far proven weak and a mere joke.
