Operation Take Over, CPP @73 Launch Mass Mobilization Code *920*277#

The Convention People’s Party under the auspices of the Chairperson and Leader, Nana Akosua Frimpomaa launched the CPPs Mobilization Code *920*277# under a driving force dubbed “Operation Take Over” at the famous ARENA lorry station at Accra on the occasion of the party’s 73rd anniversary.

Addressing hundreds of party members, senior comrades, chiefs, religious leaders, natives of Odododiodio constituency, drivers, traders. youth groups and fisherfolks, Nana Akosua Frimpomaa charged Ghanaians to Stop Complaining but Take Over the Building of their country.

“On the 12th of June 1949, Osagyefo Dr. Kwame Nkrumah made a call to action on this same ground ARENA. Dr. Nkrumah addressed thousands of people in a 2-hour presentation, stirring up and urging the good people of the Gold Coast to Support Positive Action. This is the drive powered by the Energies of the Youth to give Ghana Political Independence”.

“Today, in the face hash economic reality and the super-poor mismanagement, we the CPP are back here at the famous ARENA to declare Operation Take Over with you, our partner”.
She added that, Ghana needs to have a working system and this system calls for Personal Commitment by the everyday people of the land. We cannot sit, complain and expect that the system will work. Everybody must willingly and passionately contribute to move this country to Economic Independence. You have alot to contribute and the time is now.

“It was very important to note that Dr. Kwame Nkrumah connected the youth energy. Similarly, you are the same youth of today who are facing Abject Poverty, Unemployment, Poor Medical Care, Indecent Accommodation, Hunger, High Water and Light Bills, High Cost of Transportation, Inflated Market Prices, High Cost of Fuel and Gas, Lack Business Capital …the list goes on.
